the room was a decent size. the water temperature was good (i always appreciate a hot shower).
I found the bed to be quite hard and uncomfortable. soundproofing was an issue. I could hear everything happening in the neighboring rooms.

clean roomfriendly staff
the room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable i also loved the location as it was near the hydro where we went to a concert breakfast was very good it offered plenty of choice and the staff were very helpful and friendly. it was good to be there.

the double room had fresh linens and a tidy appearance two bedside tables were present i noticed there was ample artificial lighting with wall lamps and a central ceiling fixture above the bed.

i saw the reception area was staffed consistently throughout the day the team offered assistance with directions and local attractions there was luggage storage and prompt handling of check-in and checkout processes.
